Q: Can I cancel if I feel unwell or have my menstrual period on the same day? A: Cancellations within 0 to 2 days of standard activities are non-refundable. If you are afraid of these problems, it is recommended to apply for a refund during the free period or evaluate the use of tampons by yourself.

Answer: The recommended age is over 3 years old to under 65 years old. Those over the age of 65 must self-assess their physical condition and must obtain approval from the store before participating, and must sign a medical certificate.
Q: When will the event be notified whether it will be normal or canceled due to typhoon or bad sea conditions?
Answer: If the store assesses and determines that the activity cannot be carried out, it will usually notify the cancellation the day before. However, if it is still unable to determine, it will only confirm whether the sea condition notification is normal on the same day or one hour before the activity. If you are worried that the weather and sea conditions will affect the activity , you can also cancel the order two days in advance.

Q: Will photos be taken at the event? Can I bring my own camera to take pictures?
Answer: Taking photos is not included in the cost of the itinerary, but Love will prepare free cameras to help take photos. However, the angle, quantity and aesthetics of each coach's photos are different. If you want more beautiful photos, you can do it yourself Prepare a waterproof camera to take selfies or ask an instructor to take photos for you.
Q: Are there lockers or a place to store luggage?

The tour is limited to 4 people. If there are not enough people, please inform us of cancellation before 21:00 the day before.

The trip fee does not include pick-up and drop-off. If tourists do not have transportation from our hotel to the recreational sea area after check-in, LeFou will assist with transportation for free, but the time and itinerary must be arranged with LeFou, and no objections are allowed. No refunds will be given for temporary cancellations within 0 to 2 days due to personal factors; non-human factors such as bad walruses are not included. If you are late for more than 10 minutes, you will be deemed not to participate and no refund will be requested. If you are late to check in, resulting in a shortage of related itineraries or an inability to participate, you are responsible for your own responsibility. In the event of poor weather conditions or the northeast monsoon from March to April or September to November, as well as irresistible safety factors, our store reserves the right to adjust or cancel itinerary activities and sea areas. Participants are advised to wear light, non-absorbent clothing and bring an extra light jacket when the weather is cooler at night.
