- ZAZHUORAN is located between Liyutan Reservoir to the north and the Daan River to the south. As it is a convergence zone for northern and southern climates, winds can be slightly stronger in the afternoon, but will subside by evening, bringing a slight chill.
- In case of poor weather conditions, activities will be moved indoors or adjusted.
- The park is a natural environment consisting mostly of grass and gravel, which may become muddy on rainy days; please wear comfortable, dirt-resistant shoes. The park has a rich ecosystem with many insects, so please bring your own mosquito repellent or wear long-sleeved clothing. If visiting during the nearby orchard fertilization season, there may be more flies; we appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience.

【Safety, Quiet, Peace of Mind】 To protect the rights of all guests and ensure the quality of your stay, please stop games and activities in the accommodation area after 22:00. Please keep voices low and avoid loud noises to respect other campers' rest.
1. If you wish to socialize, interact, drink tea, consume alcohol, or chat, please move to the outdoor area of the Houshi Restaurant.
2. Some park lighting will be turned off; please be mindful of your safety when moving around at night. Let us accompany the starry sky and enjoy the sounds and tranquility of nature.
Please abide by the relevant regulations upon check-in. The campsite reserves the right to request that guests who violate the above rules and do not comply after staff intervention leave the premises immediately.

- Pet owners must ensure their pets do not disturb other guests.
- Pets must be in a pet carrier when entering indoor spaces or restaurants.
- Please do not bathe pets in the bathroom facilities.
- Please bring your own pet feeding bowls; it is strictly forbidden to use restaurant bowls for pets.
- Please do not allow pets on the bed, leave them unattended in the room, or allow them to relieve themselves indoors.
- Please do not use the white bath towels or hand towels provided in the room to wipe your pets.
- Please do not use the electric blankets provided in the room to keep your pets warm.
- Please proactively clean up after your pets to maintain the cleanliness of the park environment.

- All tents are equipped with two double beds. Each tent can accommodate a maximum of 2 additional people, for a maximum of 4 people per room. The extra person fee is as follows:
Adults > 13 years and older, NT$3,000 per person
Children aged 7-12 years: NT$1,500 per person
Children aged 0-6 years are free of charge. - A maximum of one additional person can be added per campervan booking, with a maximum of three people allowed per campervan. Additional person charges are as follows:
Adults 13 years and older, NT$4,000 per person
Children aged 7-12 years: NT$2,000 per person
Children aged 0-6 years are free of charge. - Smoking is prohibited inside the tent.
- Please refrain from loud noises in the accommodation area after 10:00 PM.

If any of your companions have special dietary habits, such as vegetarians (lacto-ovo vegetarian meals can be provided), those who do not eat beef, or those who are allergic to seafood, please note this to the park.
Cooking and outdoor cooking are strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation area.
The manor strictly prohibits playing mahjong, gambling, excessive drinking, high-decibel music, karaoke, and all kinds of firecrackers and fireworks.
The campfire is a limited-time event on Saturdays and special holidays, and will burn for 10-15 minutes; it will be cancelled if the weather is bad.

- For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
