Yilan Sanxing scallions are renowned for their distinct flavor and quality. Compared to regular green onions, Sanxing scallions are characterized by their long white stems, fine texture, low fiber content, juiciness, and a particularly sweet and non-pungent taste, along with an exceptionally rich aroma. These advantages make them highly favored in culinary applications and a significant local agricultural product of Yilan.
