• If you need to postpone the extension, you must notify us at least 7 days before the trial date. The extension of the product must not exceed the 20-day period. The original vehicle model cannot be changed or the original number of vehicles and vehicle types are requested to be changed on the grounds that the number of people has increased or decreased. Ride-sharing products cannot be accepted. Change to reduce the number of people.
• If the notification is given within 6 days (inclusive) before the travel experience date, extension will not be accepted. If canceled, fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
• If it is postponed, please note that the price difference during weekdays, consecutive holidays or the peak tourist seasons, winter and summer vacations and New Year holidays must be absorbed by the guests themselves. Please refer to the optional date sales price on the website.
  
• This itinerary is a driver pick-up service, providing meals and attraction consultation, but does not provide guided tours.
  
• The driver can communicate in English/Japanese and is equipped with translation tools.
• The service staff will contact you one day before departure. Please make sure that the network function is smooth and pay attention to the mobile communication software messages.
• The reference model of five-seater car is TOYOTA Altis / the reference model of nine-seater car is VW T5/T6. The color and model of the car are not specified, and the car will be dispatched based on the actual dispatch on that day.
• Some scenic spots in Taiwan will occasionally have sudden temporary traffic control according to the daily crowds and traffic conditions. When encountering traffic control, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus at your own expense.
• The itinerary content is all feasible arrangements, but the driver will still make adjustments based on the traffic conditions, weather factors and stay time at the attractions on the day, after discussing with the passengers.
• Please note that the maximum number of passengers is 4 in a five-seater car and 8 in a nine-seater car.

Other pick-up and drop-off locations

1. Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Taoyuan City. Additional charges will apply for locations outside Taoyuan City. All additional charges must be paid to the driver in cash.
2. Additional charges for non- private charter car service areas and non-service areas in Taoyuan area:

-NT$800 Guishan, Luzhu, Dayuan, Guanyin, Yangmei, Pingzhen, Longtan
-NT$1200 Fuxing Township
3. If both the boarding and alighting points are located outside the service area, an additional fee will be charged per trip (e.g., boarding in Taoyuan City and alighting in Pingzhen will incur an additional fee of NT$800; boarding and alighting points both in Pingzhen will incur an additional fee of NT$1600).
A 4.8-hour private charter car is limited to a distance of 200 kilometers; a 10-12 hour private charter car is limited to a distance of 300 kilometers.
Private charter car for 5.4-6 hours cannot cross county/city boundaries; private charter car for 8-10 hours can cross one county/city boundary, with an additional charge of NT$1500 per trip, payable to the driver on-site.

Other boarding and alighting locations in Taipei and New Taipei

1. For rides of 10 hours, passengers can pick up and drop off at designated locations within Taipei City or New Taipei City. Additional charges will apply for rides outside these city limits. All additional charges must be paid to the driver in cash.
2. Explanation of additional charges for non-service areas:
- NT$300: Pick-up service from Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan (front mountain area, e.g., The Top restaurant, Caoshan Nightless Restaurant), Xizhi, Shenkeng, Xindian, and Songshan Airport.
- NT$500: Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, ​​Shiding, Shulin, Keelung Harbor

overtime fee

5/9-seater vehicles: NT$800 per vehicle every 60 minutes, payable to the driver on-site. Overtime fees during special holidays: Lunar New Year period (February 14 - February 22): NT$900 per vehicle per hour; Holiday periods (February 27 - March 1, April 3 - April 6, May 1 - May 3, June 19 - June 21): NT$800 per vehicle per hour.

Child seat rental fee

Taiwan law: Children under 4 years old must use a baby bed or safety seat; it is recommended that children over 4 years old and under 120 cm in height use a car booster cushion; please note the child's date of birth, height and weight when booking. A baby seat costs NT$200 per day. A nine-seater can accommodate up to two child seats, and a five-seater can accommodate one child seat.
