Purchase Notice
- Each ticket permits a one-time experience on one ride. Subject to rides availability on that day.
- Children 11 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Guests 80 cm and above will be considered 1 guest
- People with disabilities (PWDs) and pregnant women are not recommended to engage in activities inside the park
- The management will take strict action against anyone found reselling Skytropolis Funland tickets or wristbands
- No lockers will be available on-site
- Guests are solely responsible for their belongings
- No refunds will be given due to maintenance or ride closures
- There are 3 different levels for each ride in Skytropolis Funland. Each ride has a different height restriction requirement. Please refer to the height restriction regulations on the official website

Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park will operate as cashless theme park with effective 9 March 2023. We only accept contactless payment such as Debit and Credit Cards, QR Pay, E-Wallet and Genting Points at self-service ticketing kiosks or ticketing counters with effective 8 March 2023.
Scan the QR code(s) printed on the confirmation email at the turnstile for direct boarding without exchanging a physical ticket at the ticketing counter.
All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection. The Management reserves the right to deny redemption for any guest(s) who are not in possession of a valid confirmation email.
No request to change the validity date of the confirmation email(s) shall be entertained.
The confirmation email is strictly non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced or tampered.
The Management reserves the right to: a. Require additional information or proof of identity from you for the purpose of redeeming the Tickets; and b. Deny your confirmation email redemption if you breach these Terms & Conditions or if, in our reasonable opinion, the transaction is fraudulent.
No delay or failure on our part in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian Citizen ONLY with a Malaysian Identification Card. Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission.
Non-Malaysian rates are for International travelers.
In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
