－About the Shop－

In Penghu, there is rich coastal scenery and simple hospitality on land, while a coral and marine life restoration project is underway underwater. We hope to lead you through the professional guidance of Gooday Dive to explore the ocean world and let you incorporate these experiences into your daily life.

We will share with you how to interact with the ocean easily and how your small efforts can make the ocean healthier, accumulating the daily moments of every traveler to achieve our everyday ocean life.


－Activity Information－

  • Meeting times: 08:00, 10:00, 13:00, 15:00
    Please arrive at the dive shop 10 minutes early on the day of the activity to fill out the forms. Being late will affect the activity time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the activity will be cancelled without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
  • Meeting location: No. 68-2, Tiexian Li, Magong City, Penghu County
    You can search for 'Gooday Dive' or 'goodaydive' on GOOGLE MAP to locate our shop.
  • Activity duration: Approximately 2 - 2.5 hours in total, with about 30 - 40 minutes underwater (activity time includes check-in to finishing showering)

  • When placing an order, please note whether you need a prescription mask and the prescription of the required mask. Thank you for your help.
  • The launching location will be changed due to weather conditions. If the wave conditions do not allow going to the underwater mailbox, Sunri Diving will choose another dive site.
  • The activity requires you to ride your own motorcycle to the launching point. It takes about 10 minutes from the dive shop to reach the launching point. If you rent a car or do not have a rental car, please contact customer service to discuss and arrange your itinerary.

Reminders

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 19:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • The snorkeling activity is suitable for travelers aged 6 to 60 (children aged 6 to 8 years old will be charged NT$1600 each and will not be grouped with others). A health declaration form and a liability waiver must be completed on-site.

  • All activities have risks. Reservations will not be accepted if you have the following symptoms. If necessary, please ask the attending doctor and issue a diagnostic certificate: cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, lung, respiratory or ear disease.

  • If you are short-sighted, you can wear contact lenses. You can make a note on the order page that you need prescription glasses.

  • The maximum number of snorkeling experiences is 1 to 6. Travelers can give priority to the same instructor, and the store will arrange the allocation of instructors and students.

  • If the event is temporarily canceled on the day due to personal reasons, no refund will be given; if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be deemed not to participate and no refund will be requested.

  • If you are late due to personal issues, resulting in shortened trip time or being unable to participate, or if you are unable to enter the water or arrive early after entering the water, you will be deemed to have participated and no refunds will be issued.

  • If your physical condition is prone to motion sickness and seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medicine before activities to avoid seasickness.

  • Please try to use ocean-friendly sunscreen products to avoid chemical ingredients that may pollute the marine ecology.

  • Please do not drink excessively or stay up late the day before the activity. If the individual is in poor physical condition (such as hangover), the coach has the right to cancel the trip after professional evaluation and consideration.

  • The launching location will be changed due to weather conditions. If the wave conditions do not allow going to the underwater mailbox, Sunri Diving will choose another dive site.

  • In response to environmental protection, please bring your own water bottle and toiletries

  • This store provides drinking water, shower facilities and hair dryers; shower gel is not provided

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 10 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 7 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
