The driver was very professional and considerate, providing a clear introduction to the environment and culture of Taitung. He even lent us a large umbrella for shade.

On the first day of picking up the car, there were many people and a wait due to the holiday, but the service staff still explained things politely, clearly explained the details of the car pick-up, and returned the car quickly.

However, the new boat was quite comfortable, but the rough seas still made me seasick despite taking seasickness medication.

For Hsinchu residents, taking the High Speed Rail to Zuoying Station and then a shuttle bus to Houbihu to catch a boat is probably the fastest and most convenient option. Thanks to KKDAY for providing the package deal, which solved all my transportation worries in one go. The shuttle drivers were also very helpful; the time and ride were excellent. The motorcycle shop owner, Yunchen, was also very friendly, and I didn't encounter any of the scratches mentioned in other reviews (although I was very careful myself). This saved me a lot of time that would have required me to book activities in advance! Very satisfied!
