The hotel staff were great, and Xiao Lan was wonderful. It would have been even better if there were more shrimp. Unfortunately, the spa was a bit empty.

West Lake Resort...a great place to take kids...I remember the last time I came was with my parents...25 years later, it's my turn to bring my kids...The environment hasn't changed much...there are now dinosaurs...a bubble plaza...and many more wonderful memories...
