Upon nearing the pickup time, we were shocked to be informed that driver was not assigned because we did not confirm the booking, implying that payment has not been made. In fact, we received two emails stating the confirmation of our booking one day each right before the departed day. Most importantly, payment had been done a month ago. Fortunately they managed to secure a driver at the last-minute. Our trip was delayed for 1 hr. We were also grateful that the driver was accommodating to the change of itinerary. He was also receptive to our feedback stating his high-speed driving. He indeed slowed it down right afterwards. I think it's better to ask for more details about the driver, such as the car plate number a day before. Receiving confirmation emails might not mean they have assigned a driver, which happened on us. Overall, we are satisfied still, mainly because of the driver.

1. The car was in good condition, and the staff were very polite. 2. The rental shop was closed on Sundays, but the system still allowed returns on Sundays, so the shop provided a return option. 3. A deposit is required for car rentals, which wasn't mentioned on the website. It's recommended to add this information in case you don't have enough money.
