Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled by us on the day due to bad weather. Please be sure to check the 'Today's Operation Status' on the top page of the official Nagannu Island website on the morning of your participation. It is updated at 8:00 AM. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases. For inquiries about operation status on the day, please contact us after 8:00 AM at (098-860-5860)
Notes for course participation:
- ● Not available for pregnant women or those with difficulty walking independently. ● Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited; please purchase them at the restaurant on the island. ● Pets are not allowed as they may negatively affect the ecosystem of other animals.

Clothing/Items: Please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, and a bath towel.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
