- ・If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour may be canceled by a decision made by the day before. ・Please bring swimwear, a change of clothes, a bath towel, sandals, etc., on the day. ・There is a capacity limit for the boat and the bus on the island (Zamami Port to each beach). Therefore, bringing large luggage such as suitcases is not allowed. ・We apologize, but for safety reasons, those aged 66 and over cannot participate. ・Since you will need to step from the quay onto the cruiser, we refrain from allowing those who are not confident in their physical strength to participate for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding. ・Those with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day cannot participate. Depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. Please be aware of this in advance. ・Swimming is generally at your own risk. For safety, please swim within the areas where lifeguards are present, and be sure to wear a life jacket when snorkeling. ・Wearing a life jacket is mandatory when swimming or snorkeling with fins. ・For those under 18, a parent or guardian's signature on the consent form is required. ・Arrival times may be delayed due to sea conditions or weather on the day, which may shorten your stay on Zamami Island. Please note that we cannot provide refunds in such cases. ・The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. We will contact you in such cases. ・Return times may be delayed. If you are using a flight, please participate with plenty of time to spare. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you miss your flight. ・This is a day trip tour. We do not allow the return trip to be used on a different date. ・For the shuttle bus on Zamami Island, infants do not have a seat and must sit on a parent's lap. There is no space for luggage, so large items like ice boxes cannot be brought on board. ・Please be sure to read the travel terms and conditions when applying.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
