Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please enter the number of people in your party. Due to limited space inside the store, those not participating in the experience will either be asked to wait outside or will be charged a seating fee (500 yen). One adult accompanying each preschool-aged child is admitted free of charge.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that we may have to cancel the event due to inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances. We cannot compensate for transportation costs to the event venue or other expenses incurred.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
