  • Snorkeling will be exclusively around the boat (without landing on the islands).
  • Life jackets must be worn on board and during the snorkeling.
  • No long fins or skin diving will be allowed during the tour.
  • Minors (aged under 12) must submit a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
  • Depending on wind and sea conditions,  the route may be changed, the tour canceled or snorkeling points will be reduced to 2 instead of 3 for safety reasons. No refunds will be issued if fewer spots are visited or if the route is changed (may be snorkel near Naha coastal area instead of Kerama). If the tour is canceled, a full refund will be provided.
  • The chance of encountering sea turtles is basically the same for any time slot. As they are wild animals, it all comes down to nature and luck. No refunds or compensation will be arranged if they are not spotted.
  • Weight limit for participation is up to 120kg.
  • Participants with the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity: mental illness, circulatory or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover, or being under the influence of alcohol. In addition, depending on your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join, and no refund will be provided.
  • Pregnant women will be denied boarding and participation. No refunds will be arranged under this case.
  • No alcohol is allowed before boarding or on the boat.
  • Please note that even if you are not currently taking medication, having a prior history of any aforementioned conditions will still disqualify you from participating.
  • For participants with limited mobility, please be sure to consult our customer service team in advance to confirm whether you can participate in the tour. 
  •  Refunds or compensations cannot be requested if no prior inquiry is made or if the condition is only reported on the activity day.
  • Service is strictly limited to Japanese and English. Participants must be able to communicate in at least one of these languages on the day of the tour. Otherwise, participation may be denied for safety reasons, and no refunds will be provided.
  •  Solo participants are welcomed. The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 10. If the number is not reached, the tour will be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you via messaging app or message box in Kkday by two days before.
  • Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific snorkeling points. The captain will select the best points on the day of the tour, based on the wind and sea conditions.

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
