Please let us know your preference, though it may depend on other booking statuses. Regarding cancellation:
- The tour may be canceled depending on sea conditions. If sea conditions are expected to worsen, we will contact you in advance.
Notes for participation:
- Due to sea conditions, we will contact you by phone around 18:00 the day before for final confirmation. There is no cancellation fee if the tour cannot be held due to weather. For customer-initiated cancellations, fees apply from 5 days in advance. Please note that you cannot board a flight on the same day after diving due to air pressure. Diving after arrival is possible.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
