The Colosseum

The Roman Forum
Walk the square of ground from which an empire was governed. Temples, basilicas, triumphal arches, the house where Rome's laws were argued into existence. Your guide knows which stones matter and why, including the one most visitors walk past without a glance.

Palatine Hill
Climb to the birthplace of Rome, where the emperors built their palaces above the city. The ruins are still here, and so is the view they had. Three emperors shaped this hill, and only one of them wanted to be seen from it.

Good to know
The tour covers roughly two miles of walking over uneven ancient stone, much of it outdoors. Comfortable shoes are essential. Summer visits can be hot with limited shade, so bring water and sun protection. All three sites are covered by a single entry ticket, included in your booking.
