Regarding Tour Cancellation:

• *Depending on the sea conditions on the day, we may suggest changing the point, changing the menu, or canceling the tour. Please understand this in advance. (Depending on the situation, we may make a decision and contact you after you arrive at the shop on the day. *Please understand that sea conditions are subject to change.

Precautions for Course Participation:

• *Medical Check Please make sure to check if any of the following apply to you (currently or in the past): heart disease, brain disease, lung disease, pneumothorax, asthma, epilepsy, arrhythmia, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, panic disorder, mental illness, other chronic illnesses, or if you are taking medication. *If any apply, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform you of the subsequent process. (If none apply, no reply is necessary.) If we are not contacted, or if it is confirmed on the day, or if you do not have a medical certificate (our shop format) or parental consent form (our shop format), you may not be able to participate. *Participation not allowed (if currently pregnant, or drinking alcohol before the tour) *Those who plan to board a flight on the day of the tour cannot participate. However, you can participate after arriving in Okinawa. (Because the risk of decompression sickness increases, you cannot board a flight immediately after diving) *Our shop only provides tours in Japanese, so we cannot guide customers who have difficulty reading, writing, speaking, or understanding Japanese. *Depending on the sea conditions on the day, we may change the point without changing the price, or cancel the tour. Other Special Notes:

• *Payment on the day at the site must be in cash only. *Even if your booking is confirmed on the site, it does not necessarily mean you can participate. Please be sure to check our reply on the site. If you do not check it, there is a possibility that you will not be able to participate. *For cancellations 7 days to the day of the event due to customer convenience or lack of confirmation, no-shows, cancellations due to point changes, or if the instructor determines that it is not safe to guide you, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% (tour fee).
