Because this trip is not a self-drive tour, I planned to rent a car for the two-day trip to northern Okinawa. I am glad to have chosen this charter service. First before the trip there was customer service patiently confirming the travel details with me. By the day of the trip, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel door early. On the car front, the model is comfortable and quiet, and you can have a good rest in the car. Our Chinese driver was Xiao Jin. He was very young and about the same as me. He was witty and shared many moments of life in Okinawa with us. We talked throughout the trip and recommended several shops and restaurants in Okinawa worth visiting. Every time we finished visiting an attraction, we would tell him that he would turn on the air conditioner in the car on time and wait for us to get on the bus, which was very reassuring. He is more like our travel companion than the driver. I was 10% satisfied with the chartered experience this time. I will choose this company if I need it next time.
1) Pick-up from the hotel on time in the morning. 2) Departure at approximately 9:00 AM. After about a 20-minute boat ride, arrive at the first fishing spot. There are three fishing spots in total. 3) The waves weren't large that day, but some tourists still experienced nausea several times. 4) Those who are sensitive to sunburn can stay under the eaves and fish successfully. 5) Once a fish is caught, staff will come to confirm its species and size. Fish that are too small, inedible, or unwanted will be returned to the sea. 6) Return to port around 12:00 PM. 7) Fish left behind can be taken home or taken to a restaurant near Makishi Market for cooking (but you must return to the hotel on your own after the meal). The cost is 1000 yen per person, and the restaurant will suggest cooking methods based on the fish species.
