The reception desk is located at the 'Shiki no Tabi Tour Desk' on the 2nd floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal. For customers arriving on domestic flights, please go from the 1st floor arrival level to the 2nd floor and walk along the connecting passage for about 20 minutes to reach our tour desk. For customers arriving on international flights, exit the arrival gate and proceed about 50 meters to the left; you will see it immediately on your left.
Purchase Notice
- A tour guide will not be accompanying you.
- The minimum number of participants required for the tour to run is 6. If the tour is cancelled, we will contact you 5 days before the scheduled date. In that case, the tour fee will be fully refunded.
- The tour schedule may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. In that case, the destination will be changed to the Sapporo Beer Museum.
- The driver speaks only Japanese.
- Children under 2 years old can participate for free, but seats are not provided, so they must sit on their parent's lap. If a seat is required, a tour fee will apply.
- Please inform us of your arrival date and time at New Chitose Airport and your flight number when making your reservation.
- Please be sure to enter a phone number where you can be reached on the day of the tour.
- Please be responsible for the safekeeping of your valuables.
- You may be sharing a vehicle with customers of different nationalities.
- Please refrain from eating on the bus.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable journey, smoking is prohibited on the bus.
- Please do not leave any trash inside the bus.
- If there are 11 or fewer passengers, the tour may be operated by minibus.
Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. (Refunds are possible in the case of natural disasters, etc.)
The itinerary may be changed due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions or weather. In such cases, the destination will be changed to the Sapporo Beer Museum.
Immigration procedures usually take about an hour, so please make sure you have enough time between your flight's arrival time and the meeting time before making your reservation.
