Questions about booking:
- Question 1: This tour will meet and disband at the same location.
- Q2: Children under 2 years old are not allowed on board.
- Question 3: Those over 80 years old are not allowed to board the ship. Also, those who have difficulty walking on their own (without a cane) or who cannot climb the five or so steps to get on and off the ship are not allowed to board the ship.
- Question 4: Regarding the boat and captain: If the number of reservations exceeds 30 people, we may use two boats of the same size. Also, if the captain is absent, we may use a captain of the same level.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We will contact you by text message on your mobile phone around 5pm the evening before to let you know whether the event will be held or not. *If there is no reply, we will contact you by this message.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ●About Clothing: Please wear comfortable sneakers and warm clothing. (High heels are not permitted on board.) Some people may have the impression that Okinawa is a warm place, but winters in Okinawa are very cold. Unlike on land, the sea breeze can be strong at sea, so we recommend that you dress warmly. Also, you may be exposed to wave spray while traveling. The vinyl raincoats provided here have buttons at the front. Please note that gaps between the buttons and your feet may get wet, so please refrain from wearing clothing that you would not want to get wet. ●About Seasickness Medicine: Whale watching involves long boat rides, so if you are concerned about seasickness or are not used to being on a boat, please bring your own. These medicines are not available for sale on site. (The "Anelon Varnish Cap" seems to be popular among divers.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
