This is a great place for family fun. The owner is very friendly and patient. Before we left, he carefully asked about our transportation and told us there was parking available, which was very thoughtful. He also explained the culture of Japanese canvas, which was wonderful. Highly recommended! Adults and children alike had a great time.

Since time on shore was limited on the cruise ship, and we were traveling with an elderly person in a wheelchair, we opted for a private car. It was simple and convenient, and we only visited three places. Thanks to our driver, Xiao Gu, for helping us book a table at the harbor fish market beforehand; the food there was so much better than on the ship. For family trips, hiring a car is definitely more convenient.

Because this trip is not a self-drive tour, I planned to rent a car for the two-day trip to northern Okinawa. I am glad to have chosen this charter service. First before the trip there was customer service patiently confirming the travel details with me. By the day of the trip, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel door early. On the car front, the model is comfortable and quiet, and you can have a good rest in the car. Our Chinese driver was Xiao Jin. He was very young and about the same as me. He was witty and shared many moments of life in Okinawa with us. We talked throughout the trip and recommended several shops and restaurants in Okinawa worth visiting. Every time we finished visiting an attraction, we would tell him that he would turn on the air conditioner in the car on time and wait for us to get on the bus, which was very reassuring. He is more like our travel companion than the driver. I was 10% satisfied with the chartered experience this time. I will choose this company if I need it next time.
