At [Ramusuke], you can enjoy 'Jingisukan' featuring lamb with a focus on freshness, as well as carefully selected white rice that pairs perfectly with the meat. We offer a wide variety of dishes using Hokkaido-grown ingredients and seasonal local vegetables, along with a rich selection of drinks that go perfectly with our signature lamb and mutton. Our relaxing, retro-style interior features both counter and table seating. Please feel free to use our restaurant for various occasions, such as a drink after work for locals, meals while sightseeing, or various types of banquets.
We offer soft and fresh raw lamb and mutton with no strong odor and mild flavor. We cut each piece individually using a special method after receiving your order, so the freshness is outstanding. We recommend mixing it well with our homemade soy sauce-based sauce that brings out the flavor of the meat. We also recommend our nostalgic thinly sliced "lamb roll." This is a masterpiece that is easy to eat, so please enjoy it when you visit our store.
We serve rice made with Uonuma Koshihikari rice. The rice, sourced from Juichiya, a restaurant with over 100 years of history, is a special product selected to bring out the flavor of the meat. It is sticky yet has a refreshing sweetness. We are particular about the deliciousness of the rice, and cook it on the firmer side so that the grains stand out. It goes perfectly with our proud lamb and mutton, so please enjoy it together.
Ramsuke is located 5 minutes from Exit 2 of Susukino Station. The warm, retro interior is a comfortable space where you can enjoy a leisurely meal. We have counter seats that are convenient for individuals, as well as table seats that are perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The restaurant can also be rented for private use, making it ideal for various banquets such as welcome and farewell parties. It can be used for a wide range of occasions, such as everyday use by locals and meals for tourists.

- Due to the current high number of cancellations without notice, we have established a cancellation policy for reservations. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us at least one day before the reservation. If you do not contact us within 20 minutes of the reservation time, we will cancel your reservation without your permission. Please note that if you cancel on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 4,000 yen per person will be charged. *The above information is for reference only. - Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
