Itoshima

The driver was friendly and attentive, and drove smoothly and professionally. He always arrived early for the agreed time and managed the itinerary very well.

I was so happy to have such a great tour guide! The whole trip was very enjoyable, although the only minor regret was that the waves were too high to go inside the gate of the Akuta-ya (a type of boat)... We could only look around from the boat. The boat was rocking so much that I felt really seasick, so there wasn't much else to do. Everything else went smoothly though. Thanks to the hardworking driver and tour guide!

I took a day trip to Itoshima on October 5th. Thank you to our guide, Xiao Chen, for being incredibly professional. He designed the itinerary himself, was extremely knowledgeable, and spoke very humbly. He explained everything in detail, and the itinerary was designed with everyone's needs in mind. There were no crowds, the wait at Ichiran Ramen was only 20 minutes, and the time spent at each attraction was just right. He perfectly guided us through the beauty of Itoshima 🥹. A huge thank you to Xiao Chen for making this trip so much better! 👍👍👍 He's a 100-point guide!

The tour guide was very enthusiastic, and the whole group had a very comfortable time. The Couple Rocks and White Silk Waterfall were a fantastic part of the trip.

Our tour guide, Eric, meticulously explained the surrounding attractions and took care of each member's needs. Before the tour ended, he even recommended local restaurants. Joining this tour was more comfortable than a self-driving tour, as we could visit many attractions and even sleep in the car. This was during the off-season; the scenery would be absolutely stunning during the autumn foliage season.

This trip, conducted during a heavy rain, happened to involve mostly water activities. The scenery at the Itoshima attractions was quite different from what I usually see (a yellowish-blue hue)... We ate at the Ichiran Ramen factory, a must-try ramen experience. Our guide, Mr. Yang, had made a reservation in advance, which caused a minor hiccup, but everything went smoothly, and we ate ramen before noon. The most regrettable thing was that it took over three hours to reach Yanagawa. We were originally supposed to catch the boat as planned, but the water level rose so high that the trip was canceled. We got a refund for the boat ticket, and could only use the restroom and buy some souvenirs... The good thing is that the next stop is Dazaifu, so we have more time to leisurely stroll around and buy snacks, such as ume-ga mochi... We arrived back at Hakata Station an hour early.

Our tour leader, Xiao Cui, provided excellent service! However, due to the bad weather and the fact that many attractions involved walking, the itinerary wasn't suitable for older travelers. There were also many mosquitoes and slippery areas; some of the attractions could have been replaced.

Thanks to the customer service team and Mr. Liu for their hard work. The customer service team responded quickly and confirmed the itinerary several times before departure. The all-inclusive price was very clear. Even though the weather was bad on the day and we had to change the itinerary, Mr. Liu was very cooperative. He not only introduced the attractions along the way, but also drove very smoothly and comfortably. The overall service made us feel at ease. It will be our first choice for car rental in Kyushu next time!
