Although the journey took a long time, there was no need to worry about transportation arrangements. Our tour guide, Xiao Zhang, provided excellent service. Fortunately, everyone in the group was punctual, and we returned to Shinjuku an hour early at 10:30 PM, so there was no need to worry about not having a train.
The trip from Mount Fuji 5th station to Kamakura High School before is a very rich and colorful journey, on the way encountered traffic jam, the guide Mr. Zhang Ting clever adjustment route and itinerary, take us to enjoy the scenery and food delicious value for money restaurant dining !
We attended the Mt. Omuro and Atami fireworks displays on July 20th. It was the last day of Japan's three-day weekend, and we expected huge crowds and traffic jams. Thankfully, the day went smoothly, and everything went as planned! Many thanks to our experienced guide, Serina, who provided helpful tips that saved us unnecessary time! The Mt. Omuro cable car ride is definitely worth it; it only takes 5-8 minutes from the foot of the mountain to the summit—very short, but the air was filled with the refreshing scent of grass! For the Atami fireworks, Serina pointed out the best viewing spots. The sea breeze was refreshing, and seeing the magnificent fireworks up close was incredibly beautiful and breathtaking! Although it wasn't perfect due to traffic and the intense heat, thankfully the tour bus had good air conditioning! I highly recommend this tour!
Since there aren't many buses, you need to carefully research the bus schedule in advance and plan accordingly. However, by making full use of the bus, I was able to visit Komuroyama Ridge Walk and Jogasaki Coast, which saved me money compared to renting a car! Also, none of the buses were particularly crowded, and I was always able to get a seat, making for a comfortable bus trip. Thank you very much.
Taking the cable car up Mount Omuro is very convenient. Once you get to the top, you can buy some food and then walk around the trails. The Pacific winds make the clouds drift by, sometimes fast and sometimes slow, which is very beautiful. Driver Xu worked diligently and tried to find a less congested route. Tour guide KO's explanations were good, and the meeting time was explained very clearly. I recommend choosing a weekday to visit as traffic is severe on holidays.
The best experience to have with families and friends. The hand on of picking, stuffing and sewing your character became an amazing learning experience while having an enjoyable moment set in a simplistic settings. It is reasonably priced for memories collected and cherished for many years upon reminiscing the one hour spent making a Totoro, the Cat Bus or teddy bears. The women helped in the event were so enjoyable and supportive in leading the group into making a lasting stuffed animal. Words cannot described how the workshop has elevated an hour of building your own bear.
