Luggage Policy
• Passengers are advised to bring a handbag or small carry-on bag rather than a large backpack or suitcase. It is recommended to bring a camera, a hat, and cash for personal expenses such as meals and souvenirs.
Before Departure
• Please provide your cruise ship name/code and arrival time to facilitate the service. Also, please provide a contact phone number (WhatsApp-enabled if possible).
• The service provider will reconfirm the details with you prior to the trip.
• Please arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Traffic conditions during weekends, public holidays, and peak periods may affect travel time.

We will contact you before the trip via WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm your pick-up details.
The driver will wait up to 60 minutes at hotels or apartments. After this waiting period, if we cannot reach you or you are not present, the driver will leave and the service will be considered completed.
