The tour includes round-trip transportation between Hanoi and Cao Bang, accommodation, meals, a local guide and selected entrance tickets and activities, making it a convenient way to discover Cao Bang in three days.
- Customers who book a Ha Giang tour will have the opportunity to participate, free of charge, in an egg coffee-making class hosted by Dine With Locals in Hanoi (this can be taken either before or after the Ha Giang trip).
Day 1: Ma Phuc Pass, Traditional Craft Villages & Ban Gioc Waterfall Meet your local guide and begin exploring Cao Bang’s countryside by your selected transport. - Ride or drive across Ma Phuc Pass, surrounded by limestone mountains and rural villages. - Visit local craft communities, including Phia Thap Incense Village and Dia Tren Paper-Making Village. Day 2 – Ngoc Con Viewpoint, Angel Eye Mountain and Pac Bo Breakfast, lunch and dinner · Overnight in Pac Bo After breakfast, continue through Cao Bang’s spectacular landscapes. - Visit Ngoc Con Viewpoint and enjoy views across the valleys and surrounding limestone mountains. - Take a light hike to experience the natural scenery and peaceful rural surroundings. - Stop for lunch and sample more local food. - Explore Angel Eye Mountain (Nui Mat Than), a distinctive limestone formation set amid a wide green valley. - Depending on the season and local conditions, enjoy an optional kayaking or sampan experience if available. - Continue to Pac Bo and check into your homestay. In the evening, enjoy dinner and spend time learning about local life and culture.
Day 3 – Pac Bo Historical Site and Return to Hanoi Breakfast and lunch · Return to Hanoi After breakfast, visit the important historical sites around Pac Bo. - Explore Pac Bo Historical Site, where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked during his return to Vietnam. - Walk beside the clear waters of Lenin Stream. - Visit Coc Bo Cave and learn about its historical significance. - Enjoy lunch before returning to Cao Bang City. - Spend some free time in the city before taking the afternoon limousine back to Hanoi. The return transfer is scheduled to leave Cao Bang at approximately 4:00 PM and arrive in Hanoi around 10:00–10:30 PM, depending on traffic and road conditions.
