A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The date, venue, program, and meeting time for the New Year's Eve party are subject to the organizer's final announcement and the departure notice.
The second night's accommodation location, actual lodging, and room type are yet to be confirmed; the Taipei version is tentatively arranged for two nights in Taitung, while the Taichung version is arranged for the first night in Chishang and the second night in Taitung.
The Taipei version meets at Taipei Main Station West Gate 3; pickup points along the way and individual meeting times will be notified separately. For the Taichung version, pickup times and addresses will be based on the departure notice.
For the Taichung version, after the New Year's Eve party, you will return to Chishang. Night shuttle bus schedules and the 09:00 departure for the next day need to be confirmed. This version uses a private vehicle to travel along the South-Link Highway and does not include the Blue Skin Express train.
If the second night of the Taipei version is confirmed to be in Hualien, the itinerary for days 2 and 3 will need to be adjusted and rearranged.
Donghe 'Wo Zai Wan - Wan Bing Xiang' is currently only listed as an attraction stop; dining at the venue is not guaranteed.
Breakfast, dinner, insurance, and the complete list of included items must be confirmed according to the official booking information.
The actual itinerary sequence and stay duration may be adjusted flexibly based on holiday traffic, weather, attraction availability, and on-site conditions.
The actual vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of tour participants (5-seater/9-seater); vehicle model cannot be specified.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
