- Coverage Area: Thailand
- Network Speed Specification: Specified high-speed data per day, followed by unlimited data at reduced speeds of 512kbps. The company reserves the right to further limit speeds to 128kbps based on fair usage principles.
- Day Calculation: The service period begins upon successful activation after arrival, with 24 hours counted as one day.
- Calls/SMS: Data-only SIM, does not include voice calls or SMS (supports WhatsApp / LINE internet calls). Not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks, ticketing platforms, etc. Please confirm alternative ways to receive verification codes before departure.
- Hotspot Sharing: Supports network sharing to other devices for reasonable personal use.
- Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you need more data or days, please purchase a new eSIM separately.
- Service Expiration: Data will stop immediately after the service period ends. Unused data will expire simultaneously and cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred.
- Activation Deadline: Must be activated within 90 days from the date the eSIM QR code is issued. The exact deadline will be subject to the notification sent after purchase. It must be scanned and activated by the specified date; failure to activate by the deadline will result in automatic expiration, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
Purchase Notice
- The device must be connected to a valid Wi-Fi or mobile network when installing the eSIM.
- Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before scanning the QR code.
- If you install the eSIM in a region not covered by the plan (e.g., installing before departure), your phone may show 'No Service', which is normal. Once successfully installed, the plan will automatically connect to the network upon arrival at your destination.
- Please enable 'Data Roaming' after arriving at your destination. If there is still no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for the signal again. If the product supports dual networks, you can also try manually selecting another network in your device settings.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once on one device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or changed. Please confirm your device is correct before scanning.
- Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated or cross-device scanning, deleting the eSIM yourself, or using the built-in eSIM transfer feature (e.g., iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM and it will not be reissued.
- This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy'. During the unlimited data period after the high-speed limit is reached, network resources will be allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted according to network congestion.
- Actual network speed is affected by other factors (such as location, time of use, number of users, device, etc.).
- There are many factors that can cause network service disruptions. If you encounter any issues, please contact us during the service period for assistance. If a customer files a complaint only after returning to their origin, and there is no record of contacting us during the service period, the request may not be accepted as it cannot be verified (unless system records confirm an issuance error).
- Once sold, this service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for system issuance errors confirmed by customer service. This includes cases of 'incompatible/locked devices', 'installation without a stable network', 'repeated/cross-device scanning', or 'failure to activate before the deadline'.
- If the user deletes the eSIM plan themselves before it is finished, or deletes it without confirmation from customer service, the company will not reissue or refund.
