Day 1 – Scenic Journey from Bucharest to Bucovina
Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Bucharest toward the beautiful region of Bucovina, traveling through rolling hills, forests, and traditional Romanian villages.
Along the way we make comfortable stops for coffee, refreshments, and lunch, allowing time to relax and enjoy the countryside.
By evening we arrive in Gura Humorului, a charming town located near Bucovina’s famous painted monasteries.

Day 2 – Painted Monasteries of Bucovina
Today is dedicated to exploring the famous UNESCO Painted Monasteries, among the most unique religious monuments in Europe.
Visit:
• Voronet Monastery – known as the “Sistine Chapel of the East”
• Moldovita Monastery – famous for its colorful exterior frescoes
• Sucevita Monastery – a fortified monastery with impressive walls and towers
In the evening we continue to Piatra Neamt for overnight accommodation.
Day 3 – Transylvania: Bicaz Gorge, Red Lake & Brasov
After breakfast we travel toward Transylvania, a region known for medieval towns and the legends that inspired the famous Dracula stories.
Drive through the spectacular Bicaz Gorge, one of the most dramatic roads in the Carpathian Mountains, and stop at the scenic Red Lake, surrounded by forests and mountain peaks.
Continue to Brasov, one of Romania’s most beautiful medieval cities and a popular stop on many Transylvania and Dracula tours. Explore the Old Town, see Rope Street, and admire the impressive Black Church.
Enjoy some free time before returning to Bucharest in the evening.
