I used it in four countries: Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands! The connection worked without any problems, and I found it very convenient.

I mainly used it in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. No prior printing was necessary; activation was easy with just a smartphone, and the communication speed was fine. It was great that it could be used in multiple countries and offered many variations in data capacity and duration. The price was also reasonable, so I would definitely like to use it again.

I used this eSIM card in Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Hungary, and Austria. The reception was excellent 90% of the time, and the phone function was very convenient. The reception was only slightly poor in mountainous areas or when traveling on trains in remote regions. I initially chose the global SIM card because I was going to Montenegro. If the countries you're visiting are all within the eSIM card's coverage area, you can buy the eSIM card.

Internet access is OK in Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy.

Used in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Austria. I had originally purchased a SIM card from another company, but it didn't work from the moment I arrived at the airport. I contacted customer support, but received no response for several hours. So I purchased a SIM card from this company. It worked immediately without any problems, but a few days later, it lost its network connection. However, when I contacted customer support, they responded with a solution within minutes. I exchanged messages with them multiple times via chat, and each time they responded within minutes. Ultimately, the eSIM remained unusable, but they arranged for a new eSIM, and it worked without any problems. Not being able to connect to the network overseas makes it difficult to go out, but having such a solid support system as this company gives me peace of mind when purchasing.
