    The TDIP Spacetime Investigation Bureau has detected abnormal fluctuations at Treasure Hill. The previous team of agents went missing during their mission. To prevent the situation from escalating, you and your team of four new agents have been urgently dispatched to take over the investigation.
    As you delve deeper, the events begin to lose their original logic. What exactly is being invaded—the mind, the heart, the doors of memory—or are you, in fact, the invaders?

Its uneven terrain and winding alleys make Treasure Hill Artist Village a highly exploratory site. As you play the game, you will not only weave through the story but also personally experience the unique spatial charm and layered historical traces of this settlement.

  • Game Kit Pickup Information
    • Please note: When placing your order, please fill in the 'Pickup Person's Name' & 'Pickup Person's Mobile Number' in the remarks field (failure to provide accurate information may result in unsuccessful pickup; if you wish to change pickup details after the item has been shipped, a processing fee will be charged).
    • Pickup is designated at '7-11 Xin-Guan Store' (Address: No. 180, Sec. 3, Tingzhou Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City; Store No. 266929).

－ THSR Ticket Type Introduction －

  • Adult: Tickets for passengers aged 12 and over.

  • Senior Ticket: For citizens aged 65 or older (based on the date of travel) who hold a National ID card or a government-issued photo ID that includes their ID number and date of birth.

  • Concession Ticket: For citizens holding a Disability Certificate (pink). (The 'Necessary Companion Discount' field on the back of the Disability Certificate must state 'Domestic Public Transport' to be eligible for a concession ticket for one necessary companion.)

  • Child Ticket: Children under 12 may purchase a child ticket. However, children under 12 who are over 150 cm tall must present proof of identity.

  • Free Ticket for Children: Children under 115 cm, or children over 115 cm who can provide proof of being under 6 years old, may travel for free if they do not occupy a seat. (Those occupying a seat must purchase a child ticket.) Children traveling for free must be accompanied by an adult passenger, and each passenger is limited to two children traveling for free.

Purchase Notice

  • Once booked, changes to the date, number of passengers, ticket type, or room type are not permitted. Please verify that the number of passengers and ticket specifications are correct before confirming your order. We appreciate your understanding.
  • THSR seats are assigned automatically by the system. We cannot guarantee consecutive seating, nor can we accommodate requests for specific seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks section; however, final arrangements are subject to the system's seat assignment. 
  • If you need to change your train schedule, please contact KKday customer service at least 8 days before departure. Changes are limited to one time only. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
  • THSR bookings open 29 days before the departure date. You may place an order 29 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that a THSR seat will be secured.
  • Since THSR tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you may flexibly book tickets up to the following Sunday. If your requested travel date exceeds the booking window, our order processing staff will prioritize booking your requested train once the window opens. Final confirmation is subject to the actual seat availability obtained by our staff.
  • Due to differences in regional and supplier systems, please submit any special requests at the time of booking. We will forward these to the supplier, but fulfillment depends on the supplier's tour availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • The definition of a child varies by itinerary. Any on-site surcharges are subject to the service provider's policies.
  • The 'Child No Bed' option includes only insurance and administrative fees. If you require a THSR ticket, please select it when choosing the number of tickets. Any other incidental expenses must be paid on-site. 
  • Child No Bed: This means the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have two children share one bed, please select 1 Child + 1 Child No Bed. A maximum of 2 children without beds are allowed (please refer to the specific product's child definition for any additional occupancy restrictions). Children without beds do not include hotel meals, facility usage, or amenities.
  • Placing an order for a package does not mean the booking is complete. You must wait for our staff to confirm and issue a voucher, which indicates a successful booking. Please do not place an order if you have any concerns.

Reminders

  • Before booking this product, please carefully read the booking instructions and relevant terms. If the person placing the order is not the traveler, they act as an agent and are obligated to fully inform the traveler of all itinerary details, booking instructions, and restrictions. Once you click to agree, these terms become legally binding for the traveler, and we will not accept any claims of ignorance or lack of understanding as a defense.

  • This package requires a minimum of 20 people to proceed. THSR reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met.

  • The tour leader may adjust the sequence of the itinerary based on factors such as the number of participants on the day, local festivals, or weather conditions.

  • Those purchasing 'Concession/Senior Tickets' must carry valid identification on the day of departure for inspection by THSR station staff. If you fail to present valid ID or if there is any discrepancy, THSR reserves the right to deny boarding. You will need to purchase another ticket to board, and the original THSR Holidays ticket will not be eligible for refund.

  • Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao stations cannot be used as both the departure and arrival stations for the same trip (e.g., a trip with Taipei as the arrival station cannot depart from Nangang or Banqiao).

  • The price includes one round-trip THSR standard reserved seat ticket. The travel date must coincide with the hotel check-in or tour start date. A single order is limited to the same departure and destination stations, and passengers must travel on the same train. If you require a delayed return, please arrange your own hotel return transfer. This package consists of round-trip tickets and cannot be partially refunded.

  • The THSR tickets in this package are discounted fares, valid only for the specified date and train. They are non-transferable and will not be reissued if lost; please keep them safe. Any tickets that are altered, defaced, illegible, or photocopied will be considered invalid.

  • If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel's policies. For itineraries including accommodation, the number of promotional rooms is limited, and actual availability depends on sales status; room types cannot be changed.

  • For departures 29 days or more in advance, please fill in 2-3 preferred THSR train times for both outbound and return journeys in the 'Order Remarks'. The actual train times will be subject to confirmation by customer service.

How to Use

- How to Use THSR Holiday -

  • Taiwan High Speed Rail
  1. Please use your physical ticket or mobile e-ticket to enter the THSR station.
  2. THSR bookings are only available for dates within 29 days of the departure date. If your travel date is beyond 29 days, we will process your booking and dispatch the tickets once the booking window opens.
  3. All passengers in the same order must board and alight at the same stations; different boarding/alighting stations are not permitted.
  4. THSR Holiday tickets are special project tickets with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be provided for getting off at intermediate stations, and any travel beyond the designated stations will require payment of the fare difference according to official THSR rates.
  5. THSR Holiday tickets are discounted tickets and are valid only for the designated train schedule on the specified date.

- THSR Holiday Cancellation Notes -

  1. According to THSR Holiday ticket regulations, no individual one-way ticket can be refunded.
  2. All ticket refunds must be processed through KKday. THSR station ticket counters cannot process any refunds or exchanges.
  3. Note: Per THSR Holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people are booked under the same order, any refund or exchange must be processed for the entire group. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted, and a processing fee for refunds/exchanges will be charged for all passengers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


- THSR Holiday Cancellation Policy -

  • Please contact KKday customer service first if you need to cancel your order. 
  • Due to administrative processing times, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below. Cancellation requests are only accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after these hours will be considered as having been submitted on the following day. 
  • If the THSR tickets have already been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD 20 per ticket will be charged (a round-trip ticket counts as 2 tickets). 
  • Cancellations made 8 days or more before the departure date (excluding the departure date) are free of charge. For changes or cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 30% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be charged. 
  • For changes or cancellations made within 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a 70% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be charged. 
  • For changes or cancellations made on the departure date, a 100% cancellation fee of the total order amount will be charged. 
  • (Example: For a departure on 12/8, changes or cancellations made by 11/30 are free; changes or cancellations made between 12/1 and 12/4 will incur a 30% fee; changes or cancellations made between 12/5 and 12/7 will incur a 70% fee.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
