Regarding Cancellations:
- The event may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation or other expenses incurred to reach the venue in the event of cancellation. If a decision is made to cancel due to circumstances, the organizer will contact you by the day before.
Notes on Participation:
- ・Those under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian or have parental consent. ・There are no health-related restrictions for participation, but if you have any concerns, please mention them in the remarks section when booking.
Other Remarks:
- All seating will be at tables with chairs. You can enjoy the experience comfortably without the need to sit on the floor.
