Regarding Cancellation:
- Please note that tours may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, and we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs incurred to reach the location. Thank you for your understanding.
Notes for Participants:
- ・You may choose a different kimono plan than the one reserved after arriving at the store. ・To further enjoy your kimono experience, we offer paid hair styling, special obi knots, and rental accessories such as obi clips and Maiko umbrellas, in addition to the standard options. ・Kimono rental customers receive free storage for one bag. Large items like suitcases can be stored for 1,100 JPY (tax included) if they are not valuables. ・Next-day return is also available for 2,200 JPY (tax included)! Please return by the final return time on the following day. ※If the photographer incurs travel expenses, you will be responsible for these costs separately. ※Photo data will be delivered via email (download format). ※Photo editing (retouching) is not provided.

From Kurashiki IC on the Sanyo Expressway:
Take National Route 429 towards the Bikan Historical Quarter/Kurashiki city center for about 2.8km, then take Prefectural Road 22 towards Tamano/Kojima for about 1.6km (approx. 15 minutes).
From Hayashima IC on the Seto-Chuo Expressway:
Take National Route 2 towards Kurashiki, turn right at the Kasuyama intersection, and continue for about 2.3km (approx. 15 minutes).
・By Train:
About a 15-minute walk from JR Kurashiki Station South Exit. It is a pleasant walk through the shopping street and along the willow-lined Kurashiki River (Bikan Historical Quarter).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
