1. After the order is confirmed, if you need to change the date, please consult customer service. If the date cannot be changed, any losses incurred will be borne by the traveler.
2. If you need to catch up to the next meeting point due to personal reasons or lateness, transportation costs will be at your own expense. No refunds will be provided if you fail to participate or terminate the tour. Please be aware of this.
3. If you leave the tour midway, the transaction will be considered void, and no refunds will be provided. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
4. Please provide the primary traveler's information when booking. If there are any issues, please consult customer service to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.
5. Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the tour. Any loss, theft, or damage will be at your own risk.
6. Elderly individuals, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, and pregnant women are not permitted to join this tour.
7. This tour does not accept bookings from pregnant women or individuals under 18 traveling alone. If you wish to book, please have a guardian join the tour with you.
8. This is a fixed-itinerary shared tour. Participants must adhere to the stay duration at each attraction and follow the driver/guide's instructions. This service does not allow for flexible itinerary adjustments.
A minimum of 5 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
