Purchase Notice
1. Please wait for the driver at the scheduled pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. The driver will verify your information using the order number.
2. Please present your electronic voucher/order number on-site and carry your passport or ID for verification.
3. If there are any changes to the itinerary or if you will be arriving late, please be sure to contact customer service in advance to avoid waiting fees caused by the vehicle idling.
4. Please provide the exact hotel name, floor, and landmarks near the main entrance so the driver can arrive early and pick you up promptly.

Additional Infant/Child Seats
The first infant or child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat costs 2,000 JPY, payable in cash to the driver on the day. Please note the required quantity when placing your order.
Overtime Fee
The daily usage time is 10 hours. Any overtime will be charged at 5,000 JPY per hour, payable directly to the driver in cash on the day. (Waiting time within 10 minutes is free; over 10 minutes but less than 30 minutes is charged as half an hour; over 30 minutes but less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour.)
Cleaning Fee
If passengers cause severe soiling of the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, lingering odors, or other situations requiring intensive cleaning), a cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual situation.
Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 08:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

To ensure your rights and facilitate communication with the driver, please be sure to check your KKday messages after placing your order.
If the actual usage time on the day of the trip exceeds the time confirmed during the initial consultation (including traffic conditions such as congestion), you must pay the additional overtime fee to the driver on-site.
On the day of the trip, to ensure a smoother itinerary, the driver may suggest return times based on current traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions; please be aware of this.
If you need to make any changes to the itinerary, please submit a request at least 24 hours before the trip; otherwise, it may be difficult to accommodate.
