Tour Operation & Schedule
Strict adherence to the meeting time is required. The bus will depart promptly at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. We cannot wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be provided if you miss the departure.
Please ensure you arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Schedule/Itinerary Changes & Delays
The Scheduled times and itinerary contents are subject to change depending on traffic, road conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In the unlikely event that the tour is significantly delayed, requiring you to use a taxi or arrange an overnight stay, please note that our company cannot accept responsibility or cover any related expenses. We recommend allowing ample time for your subsequent travel plans.
Tour Cancellation & Vehicle Type
If the tour cannot run due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, accidents), we may cancel or request changes to the tour. You will be notified at least 3 days prior to departure (13 days prior for overnight stays).
Depending on the final number of participants, the tour may be operated using a medium-sized or small bus.
Special Requests & Support
If you require special arrangement or assistance, please inform us at the time of booking. We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Please note that some arrangements may incur additional charges, and we may ask to submit detailed information is writing.
We may contact you in advance to discuss and explain any potential issues regarding your requests.
Onboard Rules & Etiquette
The bus is not equipped with a restroom. Frequent comfort stops will be made at highway rest areas.
Seats on the bus will be assigned by our team. We cannot accommodate requests for specific seats. For safety or emergency purposes, the tour conductor may occupy an adjacent empty seat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus. To ensure the comfort of all passengers, reclining your seat is generally not allowed.
Pets of any kind are not permitted on this tour.
Conductor's Working Hours & Free Time
In accordance with Japan's "Work Style Reform Low" (implemented April 1. 2019) regarding driver and guide working hours hours, meal time during the itinerary are designated as the tour conductor's rest break.
Additionally, the tour conductor may stay at a different accommodation from the tour group. During designated free time, you will be responsible for your own activities.
Miscellaneous
No refunds or alternative compensation will be provided if you choose not to utilize any special offers, entry tickets, or benefits include in the tour.
Lost items will be held for two weeks after the tour. However, perishable items (food, drinks) or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please double-check your seat before leaving the bus.
