Know Before You Go: Bring a bathing suit. During summer months, a T-shirt and shorts or pants are usually suitable for the hike. Also bring light hiking shoes or trail-running shoes that can get wet in the canyon
Know Before You Go: What Shoes Should I wear:
Know Before You Go: You must bring a good pair of outdoor shoes with a good tread for this trip! Trail running shoes or light hiking shoes work best. The same shoes you use to hike up to the top will also be used in the canyon and they will get wet. Water shoes, Crocs, and sandals are not permitted due to safety concerns. Bring a second pair of dry shoes or sandals to change into after the trip. These will remain dry and can be left in your vehicle
