Join astronomy experts from The Jasper Planetarium for an out-of-this-world Rocky Mountain evening experience.

Enjoy everything in our COMBO tour plus our constellation & binocular tour experience!

* Our world-exclusive Planetarium dome theatre experience
* Our 'weather-proof' Telescope experience
* Then, follow your dark sky guide (who will make an announcement) to travel to a specially-selected dark-sky site within walking distance (approx 480 metres)
* Laser-guided tour of naked-eye constellations
* “Learn together” with binoculars we supply and look at our Milky Way and deep space objects you'll be guided to
* If weather permits, you’ll enjoy a guided tour through our telescopes THEN constellations and objects in deep space as seen through our binoculars
* Includes 2-year rain-check (come back at no-additional charge) for any aspects of this tour that aren't clear the night you attend.

This 3-hour experience is open to all ages, except children under 4 who are not permitted in the Planetarium Dome Theatre.   • Know Before You Go: Guests who drive to the Jasper Park Lodge can park in any available parking lot (P2, P3, or P4. P2 is closest to the Jasper Planetarium). You MUST check in 15 MINUTES BEFORE tour departure at our Planetarium Retail Desk inside the Main Lodge at Jasper Park Lodge. Enter the main lodge through the doors opposite the P1 parking lot and the bus shelter. Walk straight down the stairs and our Retail desk will be on the left, opposite the art gallery.

  • Know Before You Go: Latecomers will not be admitted as it disrupts the tour for other guests. In the event of late arrival, you will be rebooked to the next available tour - please note, this may be on a different day.

  • Know Before You Go: The Jasper Planetarium has a Cancellation Policy of 24 hours. Outside of 24 hours, guests will receive a full refund; within 24 hours, guests will not receive a refund but are welcome to change their booking to a different time.
