Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- ・The activity will take place at two locations (Uruma City Kaichu Road to Onna Village Maeda Cape), so there will be travel involved. ・Please bring clothing that can get wet (swimsuit, sandals, etc.) when you come to our shop. ・We recommend wearing a nylon jacket or sweater with good insulation when parasailing. ・The location and course may be changed due to bad weather or other reasons. ・If we determine that it is not safe to provide the service due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at a different point. Please understand. ・Please be aware that the time may be delayed or preparation may take longer on the day due to weather and ocean conditions. ・Reservations can also be made by phone for same-day or next-day reservations. ・Please be aware that we will accept your reservation only after you have reviewed and agreed to the "Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" and other precautions. ・Please be aware that no refunds will be given even if the point or other details are changed on the day due to bad weather or other reasons.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Participation Criteria: ・Pregnant women are not permitted. ・8 years of age or older ・Shoulder width of 40cm or more ・Those with respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, arrhythmia, or other illnesses or pre-existing conditions should consult a doctor. ・Participants are not permitted if they have taken sleeping medication or consumed alcohol. *Participants must fill out the attached [Consent Form] before the activity begins. Parental or legal consent is required for minors to participate. If a minor is coming alone, please download the form from here, have a parent or legal guardian sign it, and then come to the store.
Other special notes:
- • We offer childcare and pick-up/drop-off services for a fee; please feel free to inquire. • If we determine that it is not safe to conduct the service due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at a different location. Approximately 1 hour by car from Naha Airport.
5 minutes by car from Zanpa Royal Hotel. Located on the mountain side along Route 6.
Parking available for 10 cars.

* Blue Link also offers rental cars. We will have a car waiting for you at the airport. You can pick up and drop off the car at any location you like! If you were unable to reserve a rental car with another company, or if you have booked a specific course, please contact us. (* The car provided will be a Mercedes-Benz.)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
