Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that tours may be changed or canceled without notice due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no compensation will be provided for expenses not included in the tour price. However, if the tour is canceled, the tour fee will be refunded.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or those feeling unwell on the day of the tour may not be able to participate. The tour may be canceled depending on the sea conditions on the day. The meeting time may change depending on the sea conditions on the day.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 6 to 70 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear a swimsuit and clothing that can get wet and provides sun protection, such as a hat or rash guard.
Regarding rental equipment: Equipment rental is included in the price. Please let us know your shoe size. If you are using a wetsuit, please also let us know your height and weight.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
