*Please note that customers who will be boarding a plane on the day of the tour cannot participate in diving. (Diving after boarding is not a problem.) *If minors are participating in the tour alone, please bring a consent form from their guardian. *If you currently have any illnesses or injuries that require treatment or ongoing medical care, please get a medical examination from a doctor beforehand. *Pregnant customers cannot participate. *Please be sure to check the "Diver Medical/Participant Checklist (Medical History/Medical Certificate)" in the "Required Documents/Application Form" section, and if there are any applicable items, please obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.
