  • Introductory 2-dive + snorkel plan❗️ At Anella Diving Service, a dedicated instructor is assigned to each group. Our staff is highly experienced and will provide careful support at your own pace! This plan is perfect even for first-timers or those who cannot swim. Please come and enjoy the extraordinary, stunningly beautiful sea of Okinawa. Introductory diving is intended for those who do not hold a diving license. Most of our guests are first-timers, so please feel free to ask any questions.

  • The Kerama Islands consist of many islands! We can choose the best spots based on the sea conditions of the day, so we will take you to the best locations! You have a high chance of swimming with everyone's favorite, the 'sea turtle' ^^

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • We will only change the destination to the beach if the captain or staff determines that it is unsafe to operate the tour due to typhoons, warnings, or other reasons.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • *As this is a private event for one group at a time, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring you arrive on time. *For the safety of all participants in this plan, the following individuals will not be able to participate. Additionally, a medical certificate may be required depending on your health condition and age. If you have any questions or concerns, please write them in the remarks section when applying. The organizer will respond. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart, spinal cord, or neck conditions, epilepsy, hyperventilation symptoms, those who have consumed alcohol, those with conditions that may worsen upon participation, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, or those whom the organizer deems unsafe on the day of participation.

Other special notes:

  • Please note that you cannot board an airplane after diving.

How to Get There
* For those arriving by car: It's a 10-minute drive from Naha Airport. Parking fee: 500 yen (per day) * For those arriving by other means: If taking a taxi, please tell the driver "to Miejo Port."

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
