  • Not suitable for:Note that this tour involves a lot of walking and it is NOT suitable for guests with walking difficulties

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:Livorno Porto 2000 shuttle from the cruise terminal to the Cruise Shuttle Stop at Piazza del Municipio (€7 per person; free for some cruises)

  • Know in advance:Your ticket includes bus transfer from Livorno and a 1-day ticket for City Sightseeing in Florence with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus

  • This tour will depart promptly and cannot be delayed due to the itinerary and distances, please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the start time. Your tour leader will be at the meeting point about 30 minutes before the start of the tour

  • If your ship makes a change of itinerary or schedule and you arrive at a different port or on a different schedule, don't assume that your tour has been canceled. Your tour will be scheduled for the new port or the new times. In this case, please contact the local operator on the phone number that you'll find on your voucher

  • You'll reach the meeting point by taking the Livorno Porto 2000 shuttle from the cruise terminal to Via Claudio Cogorano (cost of €7; free for some cruises; about 10 minutes of travel). Upon arrival in the center, you will be welcomed by the Shore Experience staff dressed in green. Wifi on board the bus is free, in case of connection problems it is not possible to refund the ticket

  • Line B frequency is 60 minutes, for this reason it is not suitable for your tour, the tour operator will not be responsible for late coming at return meeting point
