As an example, Weekend Games that are scheduled for Sunday may be moved to a Friday night, Saturday or Monday, and Midweek Games scheduled for a Wednesday may move to Tuesday or Thursday. Please ensure your availability on any of the days within the specified period before finalising your ticket purchase, as there are NO refunds in the event of date changes within 72 hours of the scheduled date

If a match is postponed at short notice due to poor weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure or any other reason not within the control of the local operator, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be made, except for tickets with fixture protection

If a fixture is rescheduled to a different date that is more than 72 hours from the scheduled game date (this can be due to conflicts with competition schedules, for example), your match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be made, except for tickets with fixture protection

You may be asked for information about each recipient upon booking to ensure tickets can be assigned. This information includes: first and last name of each recipient, their country of residence, date of birth and gender
