Meeting point description: Meet the staff at the black tables of Caffè Leonina (front row) with a “Loving Rome” flag. The meeting point is located near the arches, on the left-hand side, at the corner of the square and Via di Porta Angelica. Please arrive 15 minutes early to exchange your voucher for your entry ticket(s).(Piazza della Città Leonina, 5/6, 00193 Rome, RM, Italy)

Accessibility:Not suitable for wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments

Not allowed:Shorts, short skirts, sleeveless shirts

Luggage, large bags, backpacks and baby strollers

Umbrellas, tripods, and potentially dangerous objects

Know in advance:Please provide each participant's full name and date of birth at checkout. The ticket is nominative and can only be used by the assigned person upon presentation of a valid ID

Entrance to the basilica is free. Your ticket grants access at the selected entrance time through a designated entry point, but does not include skip-the-line privileges

The local operator's staff will accompany you to the entrance queue, but will not provide a guided tour or any commentary

Please note, all guests must undergo airport-style security. During peak season, wait times can reach up to 2–3 hours

This ticket does not include access to St. Peter's Dome, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Necropolis

A number of services are suspended during the Jubilee: there is no cloakroom, only a place to leave pushchairs

Infant and/or children must be accompanied by at least one adult to complete the booking

Some parts are subject to unexpected closures and might not be accessible

Fully charged smartphone with internet access

Comfortable shoes and clothes covering shoulders and knees
