Please go to the harbour and check in at least 1 hour before departure. You should ask about returning times at the desk
You must take your TUI ticket and passports to the Fred Olsen ticket office in the harbour of Playa Blanca to receive your boarding cards
Return tickets can be chosen for the following day if you intend to stay overnight however, once confirmed, cannot be exchanged or amended
Proof of children's ages are required. Failure to provide this could result in a full adult price paid on the day
Babies under 3 go free but will need to pay a harbour tax of EUR 4.50. This is included automatically in the price for adults and children
