Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the tour cannot be conducted due to a typhoon or strong winds, we will contact you. We will inform you of the following options: - Cancel - Change the date of the tour - Consider a tour other than the sea. *The tour will proceed as usual even in case of rain.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *The tour will be held even in case of rain. *Transportation is not provided. *If you arrive late, the tour time will be shortened. *Minors require parental consent. Please ensure that consent can be confirmed via email or phone. *The following people are not allowed to participate in the tour: those who have consumed alcohol before the tour, those undergoing medication treatment, those with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, or those with exercise restrictions due to a doctor's diagnosis.

- The price includes the experience fee, equipment rental fee, insurance, photo data, guide fee, and consumption tax.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 2 to 65 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, towel, sun protection items (sunscreen, rash guard, etc.)
Rental equipment includes: board, paddle, leash, life jacket, and boots.
Duration comment: The entire process, from registration to dismissal, will take approximately 1.5 hours (the actual experience will be just under 1 hour).

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
