Join Chef Geppi at a charming family-run farm in Sorrento for an authentic Italian cooking class entirely dedicated to gluten-free cuisine and local flavours.

After a warm welcome with a refreshing aperitivo, you’ll prepare a traditional menu inspired by the Sorrento Coast: hand-rolled gluten-free potato gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana rolls, and a light lemon dessert made with the farm’s own citrus fruits (in season). Step by step, your professional chef will guide you through simple techniques to create delicious, naturally gluten-free dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. This beginner-friendly class is perfect for small groups, couples, and families and is especially designed for guests with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.

Once the cooking is done, sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, with drinks included. To end on a sweet note, raise a glass of homemade limoncello and take home a digital recipe booklet so you can recreate the flavours of Sorrento in your own kitchen.
