[Regarding the Yamagata Hanagasa Festival] There is no information available for departures on August 2nd. Information is only available for departures on August 3rd, 4th, and 5th. There are no reserved seats for viewing. Passengers will be free to watch the festival on their own. Viewing will be during the middle of the festival, and you will not be able to see the beginning or end of the festival.
