Please understand that if we determine that it is not safe to sail under any of the following circumstances, the tour may be canceled as it could endanger the lives of our customers: • When a weather warning is in effect (heavy rain, flood, strong winds, tsunami, storm surge) • When a thunderstorm warning is in effect • When wave height exceeds 4.0m • When wind speed exceeds 11.0m • When a rapid deterioration of weather is expected due to the passage of a weather front • When the local guide deems it dangerous • When participants engage in dangerous behavior or fail to follow instructions • When a participant or guide is unwell

  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
