- Operation of marine sports is subject to change based on weather and wave conditions on the day (may be cancelled on the day of departure).

- Please contact us if you have a history of respiratory diseases or surgery.

- If you need to wear hearing aids or earplugs, please inquire when making a reservation for safety reasons.

- Please exercise caution if you are not in good physical or mental condition due to the award-winning hacktivity.

Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please refrain from acting individually in areas without safety personnel.

- Those with a hangover or who have consumed alcohol on the day are not allowed to participate.

Due to the nature of Vietnam, prices increase on national holidays. We will provide additional information upon reservation.

The event may be canceled due to natural disasters, and we will notify you individually if the event cannot proceed.

Partial refunds are not available if the duration is shortened or the schedule is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.

If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to use the service.
